Good Morning Everyone.

I sure hope you are enjoying the holiday season. 

We are pushing hard to finish up the remodel in the kitchen and dining room. But, sadly to say not everything will be done before Christmas. 

Each day we move a little further to being done. 

This week the buffet showed up and some of the artwork too. 

So, with 13 mind blowing steps and four hours later we have a beautiful buffet for the dining room that will hold our china. 

The walls have been stripped of wallpaper, painted and furniture moved back in. 

We have decided since we live near a small marina we would go with a "Lake Theme" for the house. 

Here is the progress so far. 

Done painting and moved all the furniture back into the dining room.

Welcome, I'm Jean and thank you for joining me on my creative living blog.

This week I'm on a bit of a vacation.

At home we are renovating the kitchen and it was time to let in the construction team.

Without being able to cook we thought we would take a little trip.

Here is a few photos of how it's going.

Later after I get back I will post the final project.

 

 

 

 

 It's been a long six weeks. I can't believe we got everything day in time!

Our part was to empty all the cabinets, remove the cabinets we wanted for the garage, and then scrap wallpaper and paint......we finished on Sunday and the crew came in on Monday to put in the new cabinets, install a island and complete new counter tops.

It's all been very exciting.
