What My Soul Wants Me To Know

Jean Hart Artwork

Peace, acrylic, 9" x 12" , Jean Hart

What My Soul Wants Me To Know,
cards from
Soul Coaching,
Denise Linn

Peace
That's the card I pulled for today,
"I breathe deeply, knowing that all is well in my universe."

There is a certain calmness that comes to you when you just stop and breathe. The schedule I have been on lately has for me been too busy with business, and many new projects.
I have always believed that I was in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.
But, suddenly I feel like I'm pushing things, forcing my way, and truly not getting things done.
I have slowed down my yoga, but not all of it. The beautiful part of yoga is the breathing.
Pranayama. Learning to breathe with intention.
When ever I get myself worked up and involved in projects that take a lot a concentration, I forget the breathe.
Lately, I have been practicing  Pranayama breathing twice a day. It's just enough to keep me centered and relaxed. I gives me time to focus and get out of myself.
It only takes a few minutes, so you don't need as much time as meditating.

Here is a good place to start.

Card Meaning: Breathe...and breathe again, deeply, and often. Everything is flowing as it's meant to be, smoothly and effortlessly. All is in perfect harmony.

Your Soul Wants you to know:
"True peace isn't static and boring, it's full of grace, enthusiasm, and vitality. Tranquility is the awareness that all is unfolding according to divine planning. Serenity isn't something that you have to attain, work at , or search for. It's already dwelling within you. To experience this within yourself, simplify your life, spend time in nature, and take time to listen to the messages of your Soul. Peace transcends fear and the illusion of separation and connects you intimately to God.
I make lists, many, many, lists....I have now started a new list. It's called
"The Finished List".
I read this about people who are successful. Not only do they write a list of to-do's, they then write a list of "Finished". What a great way of seeing that you really are doing what needs to be done, and  that all is in perfect harmony.

Jean Hart Artwork Newsletter April 2015

Jean Hart Artwork
Newsletter
April 2015

Today's the day.
I just finished my two samples.
I have painted, sealed, and sent them off with my application.
The two paintings, left and right are part of my new series,
"Let's have a Little Fun"
Wish me luck.
I will let you know what happens later.
As an artist I am always looking for new ways to show my artwork along with selling my artwork.
I have joined many  organizations, contests, and mail art programs.
For me art has been a life line. I would paint each day even if no one saw my work.
I love art. I read about art, I look at art each day, and I paint each day.
I have three books going at all times.
Art history, art biographies, and how to paint books.
I can loose myself wondering around an art supply store for hours.
I love to see whats new. Try something I have not yet done and basically be creative in all areas not just painting.
What's next for Jean Hart Artwork
I started to draw on paper cups. Paper Coffee Cups with lids, which I make bigger so you can use them as banks. I bought a box of cups so I'm still designing banks. New designs will soon be posted.
If your looking for an original, original fine art gift, these are fun.
I glue them to a wooden base for more security.
I have them displayed at the Northeastern Nevada Museum gift store or contact me.
they sell for $15.00
In May at the Elko Library I have a donation for their Just Desserts fundraiser
Read, Learn, Grow, acrylic 9" x 12"

Also, a puzzle  donated for the
Light The Way 5K
In Elko, Nv

What are the many ways you show your artwork?

Fall always turns to winter and winter to spring

Jean Hart Artwork
Going from winter into Spring.
Do you feel that it's hard to move from one season to the next?
And Winter will turn to Spring.
I usually find that during winter I have painted one or two Snow paintings.

These are the Ruby Mountains in Nevada. This is my view for my home.
But this year I left the cold and went to Zion National Park. Where, it was cold and snowy too!
For the Festival of Trees this year I painted this as my donation.
Each season and month brings with it new opportunities to paint.
Even when you think you just can't do any more snow the season turns to spring and everything is lighter.
I am an artist and I must paint, each and every day.
