What My Soul Wants Me To Know ~ Energy

What My Soul Wants Me To Know

Being the change I want see
Soul Coaching
cards by
Denise Linn

Today's Card
Energy
"Healing energy and immense vitality flow through me easily and effortlessly."
Okay, let's talk about energy. I have great news about the immense healing energy I am now receiving. I went to my Chiropactor appointment Friday and to his surprise my hips and spine were laying almost perfectly. I am so improved that he suggested that I should now come for adjustments and P/T every other week. This is down from twice a day when I first started.
I just came back from a weeks vacations where I walk several miles, hiked, went up and down stairs, did not use ice, my TEN Unit, or even took Advil.!!!!
This is never done by me. This vacation showed me in every little step that my body is getting stronger. I contribute this not only to my chiropactor but to my daily routine of meditating, walking, and yoga.
Card meaning:
Vitality, health, healing, and passion, these qualities are expanding in your life! You're a healer and a channel for the life force of the universe.
Your ability to sense energy fields is increasing dramatically.
Here's what I know about vitality, if you don't have it, you don't have passion. Without a passion the quality of life and living are gone. My life has expanded ten folds since I started exercising. I started well over a year ago with a personnel trainer at a gym. My daughter forced me to do this with her. With every step I whined, and cried, because it hurt. Looking back I can see I had the wrong attitude. She didn't care, she made me do it anyways. Did it get easier? NO, never.
Was I glad I did it? You bet. I could see the results when we started to walk around NASCAR that year. I think my daughter is a healer and channeler of life. With her I have become more active.
Your Soul wants you to know:
When you hold back and repress what you feel, your body and spirit become drained; when you try to please everyone and deny yourself, your life force wanes. If you strive to meet everyone's expectations but forget to honor your own needs, your energy field becomes dull. Allowing your emotions and needs the freedom to be spontaneously expressed, however, causes waves of energy to expand inside of you. Running on your own resources, it's easy to become drained, however, letting the divine light of the Creator flow through you easily replenishes your Soul.
Isn't that the truth of things. Expectations not only everyone else's but my own have stopped me from doing more things then you can imagine. There is a certain comfort level about putting limits on myself. I have allowed this injury to keep me on the sidelines for many things, and not just physical activities. Yes, it is time for me to get moving, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and professionally. All of which I have let go of over the last two years.
Affirmations:
"Healing energy and immense vitality flow through me easily and effortlessly."
What will I do this week with this information.
Get moving for one.
I have been on vacation and instead of coming home all relaxed and ready to go to work. I got a little lazy, dull and unmotivated. I don't know why that is but I haven't jumped right back on my diet, gone into the studio to paint, or even exercised. So I really needed to hear what my Soul had to say.
This weeks list is this.
1. get myself back to yoga, or at least do a youtube tape
2. start a painting, the Elko County Fair is coming in only a few weeks!!
3. weigh myself and get back to it. Suck it up I'm sure I gained weight.
4. plan my next 5K walks
5. make my home maintenance list.....oh there are so many things after 28 years in this house that need fixing and painting.
6. find my Vitality, health, healing, and passion
My movie pick this week is
Lucy
This movie had me on the edge of my sit the whole time. Talk about controlling energy!!! Oh, man, I never want to move so quickly that I supersede time....

What My Soul Wants Me To Know

What My Soul Wants Me To Know

Being the change I want see
Soul Coaching
cards by Denise Linn
Today's card is
Breakthrough
"I soar into limitless love, light, and joy!?
Card meaning: You're at the precipice of a huge, positive breakthrough! Everything that you've been doing for the past few years has been preparing you for this time. An immense self-realization is on its way. Something for which you've waited a long time is about to come to fruition!
More then ever do I believe that my soul knows how to heal itself.
I went in for my six month check up, blood tests and the results.
NORMAL!!!
Everything came up, went down, and all landed in the normal column.
I am no longer "pre-" anything.
So, what do I think of my card today....spot on once again.
I have been pushing myself to become more physical and strong. I started yoga, and swimming. Kerry and I signed up to walk 5K's this summer.
Kerry and I at the Freedom 5K Run, I came in 12 in my age group, Kerry was 4th.

Little did I know that all of this was just a prerequisite for the
"Lazyman Triathlon".
Sarah and I will be adding Run/walking 26.2 miles, swimming 2.5 miles, biking 112 miles,
to our yoga routine for the month of July.
Sarah and I racking up the walking miles on our way to yoga

Your Soul wants you to know: Fruit drops from the tree when it's ripe, flowers open to the day when the sun rises, and a bird's egg cracks open when it's time. Everything that you've been doing has prepared you for the coming breakthrough. Quit standing on the cliff wondering what you should do. Jump off.

Yes, trust in your soul, get past the fear and do it anyway. It helps to have a partner when you are daring to do things you only thought you could daydream about. It doesn't matter that I have to go to the chiropractor each week, that I must sit on ice, heat, and use a TENS unit. It doesn't matter that I wrap and rub and limp along some days.
What matters is I show up. I prepare, I plan, I'm positive.
Oh, don't get me wrong, there are some days that my family believes in my ability more then I do.
Thanksfully,  they wait patiently for me to catch up to their faith in me.
I'm grateful for my family, my instructors and my friends.
" Everything that you've been doing has prepared you for the coming breakthrough. "
Yes, and my preparing has taken me the last 2.5 years!!
Keep moving forward, Keep a smile on your face, there will be set backs, Keep your goals in front of you, and share them.

Hush....Listen to the winds, she doth blow...

Hush....Listen to the winds, she doth blow...
October's Heart by Jean Hart
Live your life from your heart.
Share from your heart,
And your story will touch and heal people's soul.
_Melody Beattie

There is a season for everything, so they say. Sometimes there is a season to be still, and quite. To be hushed. The Fall is a time to reap the harvest. Bring in the rewards for a job well done. If you keep talking you may miss the splendor of silence, or even a compliment.  You have said enough. You have made your points. Let someone else talk, or better  yet just be still and enjoy what is yours. There is a power to saying nothing.
So, HUSH, Hush, hush.

Following My Bliss

What surrounds you is what you will become.
I came across a quote that touched off me drawing this little picture.
"Ninety-nine percent of who you are is invisible. and untouchable."
R. Buck minster Juller (1898-1983)

If you are wondering the big questions of, Who you are and What is your purpose?. Well, I'm not sure there is just one answer for that.
My thinking is that I will have to keep exploring myself and my world around me.
I recently gave much of my artwork away to a thrift shop in town. This brought on a lot of speculation about if I have given up being an artist.
The answer is NO. Not at all. I had to let go of the old artwork, to make room for the new artwork I see myself doing.
I love this quote. It was given to me by a very wise and dear person to me.
Not only did she say things like, "If you really want something you will make it happen for yourself."
But her next quote was, "Quitters never win and winners never quit."
Those are hard words to go against.
At a young age there was plenty I did not know how to get for myself, so following others examples of what I wanted to do was a good decision.
Once I was older, Never quiting was harder as things became harder to do.
No, I am not giving up art or being an artist. I love it too much.
I am now giving myself time to develop and explore how to become more creative. Investigating how my artwork can inspire and help others. Exploring all my options, uncovering all the possibilities and investigating where the new adventure will take me.
I have emptied nearly 3 bookcases of books. I can hardly wait to see what I fill them up with in the coming years.
I have let go of research books, reference books, and how tos, just so I can free my mind to let in new ideas, new techniques, new ways of living.

Blue Moon mail art project

BLUE MOON
MAIL ART PROJECT
ROMANIA

by Jean Hart

It's time to send out my paintings for the Blue Moon mail art project in Romania.
What is a blue moon exactly?
I looked it up and here is what it said:

A blue moon is an extra full moon that appears in a subdivision of a year, either the third of four full moons in a season or, recently, a second full moon in a month of the common calendar. Metaphorically, a "blue moon" is a rare event, as in the expression "once in a blue moon".

My little painting are only postcard size and perfect for sending through the mail.
Please enjoy my artwork.

~Jean

These are only a few of the many I'm sending.

Live to Inspire

Live to Inspire
Ideas and Concepts
acrylic by
Jean Hart
Inspire. ...

What moves you to the point that you must do something and then share it with someone?
Inspiring is doing something bold or courageous and then passing this high energy along to someone else.
How do you know if you are the one inspiring or being inspired?
I moved completely away from home at a tender age of 18. With no friends to a new city, college and barely no money.
Was that inspiring?
I married at 21 and again moved far from home to a city with no family or friends, with only $100.00 and no where to live.
Was that inspiring?
Being brave, vibrant, and as authentic as you can in living your life.
Yes, I think that's inspiring.
Telling how I left a job as a baker when I read a fortune cookie that said,
"Move in a different direction to begin your dream life".
Yes, that was inspired!
I hope that I don't just tell people about being inspired, I hope they are inspired by watching how I live my life. How sometimes taking a risk works out, being bold is exciting, taking chances makes your heart beat faster, by picking yourself up after a disappointment and moving forward after a good cry.
Keep moving forward...keep up the curiosity....keep the ideas and concepts coming.
I love this little abstract painting. It was my first attempt at painting concepts. Every time I look at it I see something new. It Inspires Me.
Show yourself to the world.
Breathe in, breathe out.

Minimalism

Minimalism

So what is the point of minimalism?
I went to Seattle and saw some of it at the Seattle Art Museum.
Looking at the one line drawn through a background of blue. I'm thinking, What's this all about?
Am I suppose to be transported to another realm? Am I using this art form to look deeper inside myself? Well, actually, I thought, as an artist, "I'm working too hard if this is whats getting into a serious museum."
Frank Stella once said of his paintings, "What you see is what you see."
Oh, okay, that clears it up.
When and where was minimalism popular, 1960-1975 USA.
Minimalism, because of its very form for having no subject or focal point to keep the viewer interested moved on to Conceptual Art.
Minimalism was a gateway to jump into Abstract and Conceptual artwork. It's place was needed for the cerebral movement to begin. Once people started to view the bold, daring, and emptiness in its simplicity. The viewer could easily move past it on to a piece they then could relate to in abstact form.
Some of the Minimalism artist you may want to look for are:
Carle Andre, Dan Flavin, Eva Hesse, Donald Judd.

Interview with an Artist
Jean Hart

This is the last interview for this series.
"Making of an Artist"

Now that my paintings have been delivered to the  Museum for the
 Elements art exhibit.
Aug - Oct 2013
Northeastern Nevada Museum,
Elko, NV
I have been asked a few more questions. So, I will do my best to answer those questions here.

We have talked about what inspires me. Where I get my ideas from. What has attracted me to the style of painting I do.
What's next for Jean Hart Artwork?
Yes, that's the question I'm being asked.
Even before I have had the reception for this newest show!
Well, here it is.
There is a certain, let down, if you will, after the completions of a large body of work.
I've been working on the Element show for the last 8 months.
I thought I would take some time off. ....NO just kidding....

Exhibition are only part of what Jean Hart Artwork does.
I have just refreshed  my card racks with new note cards, key chains, magnets, to keep everything new and exiting.
Over the years I have learned about marketing and advertisement. I would like to expand
Jean Hart Artworks to be an ART Agency for new and emerging artist.

Jean Hart Artwork, has also taken on a new Photographer, Kerry Hart.
I will be marketing his photos of amazing landscapes of Nevada.

For me personally as an artist. I will continue to paint each day. Write my blog  http://jeanhartartists.blogspot.com/
on Art History, spot light new emerging artists,
critique artwork on ArtCanyon Art Galley, where I am an administrator.
This Fall I plan on making a new book with my artwork.
I will also be starting a new BOOK Club Blog called,
"Invisible Women" coming this fall.

I invite you to my on line store at zazzle, where I update with my newest artwork.

Stay tuned,

A Shifting Propective

A Room With A View

Shift, yes, maybe it's time to shift your prospective.
Imagine all the possibilities in your day that you may not see if you didn't shift your eyes.
move your head,  balance on one foot, and turn around.
Perspective is a shifty thing. All the lines can be measured perfectly but something may feel off.
Check where are you standing. Do you need to move?
Art is funny that way too, just like life. Sometimes everything seems perfect, a good fit, lines are  straight, and just like that, everything is off balance.
Mindfulness, too is like that. Sometimes you feel like you have all you need, or too much or simply not enough. Yes, too much of a good thing will put you off balance to.
When my routine is disturbed, I get a little off balance.
Sometimes I have even had to do a do over in the morning, only it's later that day. Go back to what I missed in the morning that threw me off.
The crazy thing is that there are no two days the same. Not even if you do the same things each day.
You are not the same person you were yesterday that you are today.
It is truly up to you how you handle shifting.

~Jean

People ask me why I paint???

WHY DO I PAINT?????

People ask me why I paint???
I think it's a silly question, but, they look so serious when they ask me.
I think it's because as a child I was very shy. Words would not come to me. I think in a different life I expressed myself more clearly and concise.  Now as an adult words are flying all around me and my paintings help to express them in a more flowing and comprehensive way.
I paint because it's fun. Because it makes me feeling free. I paint my life mostly. If you are in my life, and some how have made an impression on me, there's a good chance that you will find yourself in one of my paintings. Of course, I will never tell.
I love to hear how people relate to my paintings. What they see, what they feel.
I paint with my soul of curiosity. I paint what I like and I put words to the painting that inspire me.
I hope people like what I do, enjoy the artwork and connect to it.
But if not, well, that's fine too. My job is simply to create. Not judge it, change it to fit someone else ideal of art or impress you.
The artwork is mine to share with you.
Paint your toes, your house, your face. Paint pictures of your family and your life.
Just create and express yourself. That's what I do.
Painting is part of my healing. It was there when nothing else was. It gave me a way to express my pain, and my love, and my life.
I paint everyday. I read about art everyday. I look at artwork everyday.
Art is my life, I am art.

Blessed....What are merciful actions?

HEALING.....
SOMETIMES IT TAKES
EVERYONE TO HELP.
I was given a set of healing cards. They are so beautifully written.
By Caroline Myss and Peter Occhiogrosso
After I have pulled a card and sat with it for awhile, I like to try to give images to the words.
"Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
Mercy is a rare word, one hardly spoken. What are merciful actions?
Not judging another; speaking with kind words;
thinking compassionate thoughts about others.
May acts of mercy
come your way.
The first saying, from Psalm 41 of the Hebrew Bible or Old Testament, offers an astute psychological insight that is recognized increasingly today. Absorption in our own troubles, or in our unending need for gratification, creates a negative momentum that can lead not only to Narcissus, but to addictive and high-risk behavior as well. When we move the focus of our attention from ourselves to others, we also remove an enormous burden from our backs. The need to satisfy our unrealistically high expectations. As the Dalai Lama might put it,
 compassion is its own reward."
Well, there is it. So well put that I can not offer another word.

~Jean

The Month of May, Guess who's birthday it is on the 18th?

May's Aspects

May Flowers, acrylic, Jean Hart
I love May.
Tulips are coming up and I even see green grass!!
The month of May was named after the goddess Maia, the goddess of spring, she who brings forth life. Appropriately enough, it became the month of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God.
Full moon aspect: Hare moon or frogs return moon.
Universal event: Flowers coming forth, the potential for creation of the new harvest.
Communal event: the May Eve festival initiates this month, but no other Sabbaths occur. This is still a month for chastity and cleaning up one's life. Making trysts, commitments, or marriages is not allowed, because the month of the queen of May is unlucky for tying the knot.
Message: To propagate or not, to enjoy sex or be celibate. your choice.
activity: Sexual encounters or complete abstinence
Healing properties: Fevers and infections.
Color: Hazel, pink
Tree: Hawthorne
Flower: Lily
Creature: Magpie, dove
Gem: Emerald
From:The Grandmother of Time
May is also the month that I will be participating in an
Invitational art exhibit.
Highland Estates, May 10 - 18, 2013
Six original fine art for sale.
I invite you to join me if you are in Elko, NV

DAYDREAMING
PASTEL
29x35
$500.00
Just one more fun little bit before I leave you to plan your month of May.
May 18, Feast of Pan, (Greek)
On this day, women and men celebrate men.
Pan is all that is male in the universe. Pan is represented by a wild, but good-looking man, not your deodorized modern type. He has hooves because many of the male animals he represents in nature have hooves. He has horns for the same reason: He is hairy, and he usually sports an erect penis. He plays the flute divinely. He is the son of the Earth. He is not a patriarch who oppresses women. He is, however, all male.
Pan likes parities with wine, song, and women. Invoke him in some wild place or burn patchouli on your altar in his honor. He is not that of a warrior but of the lover. Give a party for men today. Let the men define this,
What is manhood without violence or competition?
Well, I do love Greek mythology. There is another Greek story I love, you can visit my blog for that one. Psyche and Eros

SOUL COACHING DAY 28

SOUL COACHING
DAY 28
EARTH WEEK
Today is the last day......it's been a great 28 days.
I'm just a bit sad....but then again, so many things have changed.
The last day was awesome.
Creating a circle of love, preparing a alter, and, finding my center.
If I was to pick the best week, I could not. Each week delivered its own challenges and surprises.
I grew leaps and bounds.
Earth week came with the most important career decisions and opportunities.
Having gone through the first weeks allowed for me not to panic and make a sound decision. One that really reflected me.
Today's affirmation
"I give love deeply and fully. I receive love deeply and fully. My essence is love."
I asked that I could open myself up to trust more, live fuller, and love completely.
New people came, old ones left and those who are still standing at the sidelines are still waiting for something to happen.  They missed it!!!
I sent my postcards to France for the mail art exhibit, "How Do You See Disabilities in the World?'
Looking back on the time of my injury give  me so much to be grateful for. While I'm not yet where I once was, I am no longer as disabled as I once was either.
Reminding myself everyday that my life is getting better, healthier, happier and stronger.
On this last day of Soul Coaching, I did level 3
Go to the Center of Your Being.
Honestly, it's long, so here is my take on it.
Put the music on LOUD, MOVE YOUR BODY, ROUND AND ROUND, SHAKE, DANCE, AND FEEL THE RHYTHM OF THE MUSIC.
Then stop, turn the music off, close your eyes, and go to the center of your being.
Feel all the emotions of the last 28 days, all the feelings, and all the coincidence's you have had.
You made it through what I think was a very intense 28 days of soul coaching.

From Day 1 to Day 28
I can see the transformation.
I loved this book.

Blue Monday, Earth Day

Blue Monday

In this blue Monday I see a beauty,
she shines her smiling face to me,
open your heart and share her works,
embrace her spirit, her vision, her earth.
Her hues are many and her energy grand,
all your have to do is look up and smile back.
A gift she gives, a painting of her own,
Be blessed and spread her works on this
coming earth day.

Earth Week, Day 23 useing the physiology of your body

EARTH WEEK
DAY 23

Earth week has been about being more connected to your body....and this week end my body has let me know its, hurting, tired and sick. I've have spent the last two days in bed with the flu. Or at least that is what I thought it was. Could it be that doing this Soul Coaching is truly affecting me. I do the activities, write in my journal and my joy book. Attending to my health is a daily thing.
So this week end my body wanted to detoxify. So I let it.
I'm reading this very interesting book called, "Calling  Invisible Women". By Jeanne Ray
It has brought up a lot of interesting points.
What super power would you want if you can have one?
Being Invisible!!
Now, really, stop and think this one through. Not all people can be invisible. It just would not work.
Would you really want to listen to someones conversation????
Can you think of ways to help yourself, and help humanity?
What would you be doing if no one was watching you?
Interesting....live like no one can see you.
How many women or people already feel invisible and are not?
Okay, so today in Earth week,
Today;
carry yourself as if an incredible life force and confidence was flowing out of every pore of you body.
Ask yourself, What does my body say about me?
I know that I must move everyday. Not just the little walks around the house cleaning, but really moving. It is the only way I'm going to get healthy again. And when I don't move. I get so stiff and everything hurts.
I'm not sure how this happens but if you change your body, by moving, eating better, detoxing, you will change your life.
So, if you can remember sometime today so lift your head up, bring your shoulders back your life message will be better too.
If you wanted to continue Level 3: Rejuvenation Time. That is simply to remember that all of these changes takes energy. Even the smallest change in routine will spend energy.
Don't get so caught up with making changes and busying yourself that you do not take some time to reflect and relax.  Your body needs this too.
No picture of me on this day.....detoxing, and being sick is not the way I want to be seen.

Soul Coaching, Fire week

FIRE!!!
Soul Coaching book by Denise Linn

what I thought was going to be a fun week, so Denise says in the first pages of fire week, and I quote from the book, "Have Fun!"
Well, yes I did have fun, and I did get organized and yes I did create some awesome artwork. But, I would like to also say, "What a crazy week!!!"
Facing my shadow self was not fun, she came at me from no where and held on to me for the entire week.
Examining my fears, was no surprise except to learn that I have passed a few of them and left them behind. That was fun to know.
Changing my routines and habits. Oh, fun, fun, fun. New hair style, new ways to wear a scarf, and considering a new decorating scheme.
But the image of pretending  "your dead"...well, interesting, hance the back of my head picture. Because of that days activity, I made a "will". Guess who's getting my cat's?......You will just have to wait until my will is read.
This week too, I finished my 'FIRE" painting for the element art exhibit.
It's been a big week, lots of things got done.
Still cleaning, clearing and I have a to do list that has tripled.

Before and After  and now you can really see my vision for Paris.
Last day of FIRE, I look pretty good. May I just say, not so easy taking picture of yourself. I'm just saying....I love my kindle.
I love this little book. Make no mistake in thinking that these little activities are easy. They are anything but easy and some are more time consuming then others.
Join me in this little book,

If you've done it, congratulations,
If you want to join me.
Have Fun!!! Seriously, it's fun.

Soul Coaching Days

WATER WEEK
CLEARING YOUR EMOTIONAL SELF
Well I will say that with this week of water came rain and snow!!! Just after I took out my sandals and carpi's.
This week is more about cleaning than clearing out. Water traditionally represents emotions, so this week we clear out emotional issues.
During Water Week you will:
  1. Explore your emotional life.
  2. cleanse your house, office, and car, (I added my purse to this list.)
  3. Evaluate your relationships.(I had to get a bigger notebook for this)
  4. Communicate from your heart, especially the things that you have been afraid to say.(I wrote a letter to myself and Mailed it!!!)
  5. Encourage your inner child to play.(So much fun, went on line to find a new craft to do.)
  6. Embrace your childlike wonder.( I went into the kitchen and baked my favorite cake, just because no one else did.)
  7. Examine childhood issues.(Again, this is what I needed a big notebook for)
  8. Explore your dreams.( I made new dreams, seems with action, and hard work one of my new dreams had already came true, without any ceramony!!! I will not let that happen again.)
  9. follow your intuition (I let myself be talked into things....I must trust my instinct and not let anyone talk for me. Learn a hard lesson this week.)
  10. Bathe, shower, soak, cleans your body.(facials are fun)
  11. check your plumbing ( how does the universe do this, yes my sink plugged up)
  12. Drink,drink,drink water
  13. It's a very long list, and may I say I did not get through all of it. I find when examining ones emotional life it may take longer than 15 min's a day to write down the answers to all the questions. But, I did give it a good go.

  14. "Affirmation for the Day
  15. "I unconditionally accept my feeling...and what I feel is not who I am."
  16. "My life experiences have positive, powerful meaning."
  17. "I am moving into harmony with everyone and everything in my universe."
  18. "I am loved and lovable"
  19. "In the center of my being, there is always stillness and peace."
  20. "My life is blessed, and I am so grateful."
  21. "who I am is enough, just as I am."
  22. I really love this program, clearing out and cleaning up has to be a good thing. I find that I just don't have enough time to do all the suggestions in one day.
  23.  But I have made myself a master list for each day to complete. With each new day one more thing goes on it. I can feel the change beginning. Even more than that there is an acceptance I have not felt before. My foundations are being supported by my inner peace.

Soul Coaching Day 4

Soul Coach
Day 4

Air
I can not think of a better song to go with this weeks AIR
Where are you now in your life?
Core beliefs about life, rigid rules you have created on your own. I'm not one for going into ones past, but, Denise makes sense when she says, we are what are parent told us we are. Even if you want something different those words you heard while you were young stay with you.
Affirmation for the Day
"I love and accept who I am...and who I am is enough."
Now I'm not going to say I had a bad childhood, or that I was neglected or abused.
In someway I may have had all of that in little doses.
My current thinking is that everyone did the best they could at the time.
Because I love writing and know how powerful words are, I can understand how they sit in your subconscious.
On level one Committed to Change! Be the Sacred Observer.
I sometimes think I don't know what my beliefs are. So today, I will listen to what I tell myself, what are the words I use to describe myself. Listening to the internal dialogue and observe the language and words I use will give me an idea of how I feel about myself and what I believe.
changing your language can change your life.
I am lonely can become I am open for love.
I am exhausted can become I am recharging
I am slow moving can become I move at my own speed.
I am in pain can be my body is telling me something.
I am a bad speller can be I love spell check
my arts not good enough can be you are learning to express yourself better each day.
Today
observe your life while you hold the thought that the events of your life today are neither good or bad, they are just the events of the day. They are only good or bad depending upon the meaning that you give them.
Make a list of your faults, and see how you can turn them into a positive.
Core Beliefs is a notion that you have held so long and repeated so often that it has become entrenched into your subconscious mind.
These things take time to write down and think about, and continue to think of how I am going to change these core beliefs.
I invite you to go through this book with me. I would love to form a support group here.
