Good Morning Everyone.

I sure hope you are enjoying the holiday season.

We are pushing hard to finish up the remodel in the kitchen and dining room. But, sadly to say not everything will be done before Christmas.

Each day we move a little further to being done.

This week the buffet showed up and some of the artwork too.

So, with 13 mind blowing steps and four hours later we have a beautiful buffet for the dining room that will hold our china.

The walls have been stripped of wallpaper, painted and furniture moved back in.

We have decided since we live near a small marina we would go with a "Lake Theme" for the house.

Here is the progress so far.

Done painting and moved all the furniture back into the dining room.

New buffet, the perfect size for my china

New Artwork, canoes on the lake

Tin artwork of kayakers at sunset

Kerry's hand thrown pottery.

I hope you are finding creative ways to live and enjoy life.

It's never too late to become an artist

Art instruction

It's never too late to learn to paint.

It's summer here, lets get the paints out and get messy outside.

Don't judge or compare your work with anyone else.

It's time to paint like you  did when you were a young child.

Without limits.

Mix those colors. Paint the sky, the tress, the cat.

Just get started and you will see how fun painting can be.

If you want to get serious, take a class.

Be Inspired,

~jean

First Spring Tulips, acrylic, 9" x 12", artwork by Jean Hart, Frame by Vicky Andrus at Picture This, in Elko, Nv
I just picked it up from Vicky at Picture This Art Gallery.
This is our donation to Ghost Light Production for their Thrift Art Auction. It is a fundraiser for an upcoming production they have. The auction is April 18th.

I am always honored to be asked for a donation. I feel as an artist it is something I can do to help the charities I support.

Be Inspired,
