Hows your year going?
I made one resolutions at the beginning of this year and I'm happy to say I have kept it.
What was it?
It was to have the best year of my life.
I have registered for loads of classes, lectures, and lots of books.
This is the year I call the 30 year clean up.
I have donated one month to each room in my house and have physically taken it apart. Deep Cleaned it, thrown out anything I didn't like or doesn't work. Replacing it with thing that I like, match, and is in new or good condition.
But, you can't do that with your body.
Your body is with you forever and mine seems to get hurt a lot.
I found this little lesson I think is a great way to start the day with.
I'm making it my morning ritual.
The Best Year of Your Life

Bless Your Body
It's so easy to take our physical self for granted. Without even realizing it, we sometimes act as though we're immortal, ignoring our needs and driving ourselves too hard. It's easy to forget that our bodies are a delicate gift - a temporary home for our souls.
But if each of us really stopped to appreciate how precious our bodies are, we would nurture and bless them as we would a newborn child. We would live in awe of the miracle of our existence.
Begin each day this week with the awareness that your body needs and deserves special care, nourishment, and appreciation.
Your Self-Love Assignment
Each day this week - either in the morning or evening - spend five minutes sending love to each and every part of your body, from your head to your toes. As you consider your many wonderful and valuable body parts, just imagine what life would be like without that part of your body! Allow your hands to rest on each area of your body as you send it your love and thanks. Spend extra time on any areas you've hated or judged.
Take this on as a daily ritual and notice how you feel at the end of the week.
