Drawing What You See
Drawing is an interesting practice.
We all see things differently.
If I were to put a bowl of tomatoes on a table and ask ten people to drawing what they saw.
The bowl, the tomatoes, the table would all be different.
WHY is that.
It's because we all have a stylized ideas of what every object we see looks like.
We are drawing from our minds and not from our eyes.
I think that's FANTASTIC!!
That's would make your work original.
Artist Tip!
"Throughout the drawing and painting process, hold up your work in front of a mirror. This can help you see and correct inaccuracies in the proportion. "The Daily Book of ART
Just get started.
Be Inspired,
